HERON AC-2 is the professional indoor/outdoor real time 3D mapping, localization and change detection system! HERON AC-2 is capable to support real time 2cm resolution 3D mapping almost everywhere, with 2cm local accuracy and 5cm* estimated global accuracy; higher resolution scans can be then automatically register on the HERON point cloud when requested.

HERON AC-2 can be used almost anywhere (especially where a static scanner is impossible or difficult to use and when you need a quick 3D view of big areas) and it is revolutionary in underground sites, because HERON does not require GPS/GNSS, targets, trolleys and calibration stops to work properly.

    *Global accuracy depends on the effectiveness of the SLAM registration algorithm, which can be influenced by the geometry of the surveyed data.
